BK Salt Sandwich
Keith had to go to Reliable today about something for his shoe to help his foot. We had decided we would go to BK as he wanted to try their new steak burger. I'm not a red meat type person so opted for the fish sandwich. I should have known there was something wrong when I first broke some off for one of our cats, who turned her nose up at it and walked away. A second cat came up to investigate and looked at me like I was feeding her poison. So, I thought, okay more for me. Then I bit into it! OMG!! I thought I had bitten into a chunk of salt! I tried another bite but couldn't do it. This had to be the worst sandwich I have had around here! Passed it over to Keith to take a bite in case it was just me, but nope! he said it tasted like it had been cooked in overly salted old grease. It ended up in the garbage. Never again!

I don't eat at BK any more because the "King" in their commercials creeps me out. You just gave me another reason not to. Yikes!
I eat at BK too often and recently tried a Chicken Sandwich. Too bad it tasted like chucks of salt with mayo and lettuce.
On a better note, I've tried the new Steakhouse burger (no bacon) and love it!

Yep, Vic, you were the one person I was thinking of who would have liked that sandwich :-). You and your salt!
