What a hoot!! I was actually surprised we had a group last night, with it being the week before Christmas. We brought in some treats and the line dancers across the hall were having a party. Every once in awhile one of them would stick there head in the door and invite us to come make up a plate and enjoy some of their food. In the end we did get some poetry in, we did get some music in, and yes, we did get some food. I should have taken a picture of that....dang!!! Anyway, here are some fun pics of the poets for everyone to enjoy.
Our poets and guests for the night were Aaron Johnson, Kwan Johnson, Cyndy Harris, Ela Boettcher, Marie Grady and Kathleen Roy...and of course, me!

So was locking me out of my office your idea of "Ho,Ho,Ho"?
You're forgiven, for I now know what that shiny key I found goes to. But I've learned my lesson...no one in my office after hours unless I'm there. :)
So, who's missing a journal? My desk seems to have inherited one. No, I didn't read past the cover when searching for a name.
Whoops! I thought your office was always locked after hours. I guess I just figured with your computer and all in there a locked door was a given. Wonder where I got that idea. What does the journal look like? I will ask around, but I don't remember anyone setting a journal on your desk.
All is forgiven and by now you know which lock I use. :)
As for the journal, it's small, spiral bound with a puppy and a pair of boots on the front. No name on the inside cover but there's a page tucked there about the drama team....and that's as far as I looked without feeling like I was prying! ;)
I will let Kathleen know she left that behind. I kind of figured it was hers, but wanted to make sure. Last time Marie left hers behind, and I found it before I left, since I'm always last to leave and make sure or try to make sure everything is cleaned up and back in place....and that ALL the doors are locked :-D.
